What does SSV invest in?

We invest in SaaS or tech enabled businesses, with proven revenues, with valuations between $2M and $10M. We sometimes invest outside of those constraints, but that’s our focus.

Is there an industry that SSV prioritizes or prefers?

No, SSV is an industry agnostic investor. Historically, tech is where we are most comfortable and have the most of experience. However, that does not mean that non-tech industries are excluded.

What stage funding does SSV handle?

We tend to focus on early stage (preseed and seed), but are open to any interesting investment opportunities no matter the investment stage. 

How do I submit a company for review? What is needed for submission?

The “Contact Us” - found on the home page or above - will take you to an email prompt.

Suggested, not required, items for submission:

• Company statement/thesis

• Founding team and industry information

• Pro forma/projection

• Deck (traction to date, financial rounds or capital to date)

• Anything else you think will help us get to know you!

What does the timeline for submission look like?

As we work in our new process for company analysis, we are working on a timeline of 4-6 weeks.
